Microgramma nitida is a distinctive creeping epiphytic fern prized for its glossy, rounded fronds and attractive shingling growth habit. Its compact size, ability to climb and adhere to surfaces, and appreciation for humidity make it a favorite among terrarium enthusiasts and an excellent addition to vivariums and indoor tropical plant collections.
Mature Size: Creeping rhizomes can spread several feet (0.6–1.8+ m) over time, with individual fronds typically reaching 1–3 in. (2.5–7.5 cm) in length.
