Epipremnum pinnatum 'Cebu Blue' | Cebu Blue Pothos

Fresh cutting as seen in the photo. Each cutting is selected with the necessary stem, node, rhizome, or growth mass required for propagation.

Epipremnum pinnatum 'Cebu Blue' is a striking cultivated form of Epipremnum pinnatum prized for its elongated foliage and distinctive silvery-blue sheen. Its elegant vining growth habit, attractive metallic coloration, and easygoing nature make it a favorite among houseplant enthusiasts and an excellent addition to indoor tropical plant collections.

Mature Size: Vines can exceed 6–10+ ft (1.8–3+ m) indoors with proper support, with foliage increasing in size and potentially developing fenestrations as the plant matures.

Difficulty: Easy

Rarity: Uncommon ⭐⭐

Plant Care

Light: Bright, indirect light; tolerates medium light, but brighter indirect light helps maintain stronger coloration and encourages larger mature foliage.

Water: Water when the top 1–2 in. (2.5–5 cm) of soil feels dry.

Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity but adapts well to average household conditions.

Temperature: Prefers 65–85°F (18–29°C).

Soil: Well-draining aroid mix rich in organic matter.

Propagation

Epipremnum pinnatum 'Cebu Blue' is readily propagated from stem cuttings containing at least one node. Because it is a cultivated form, propagation by cuttings preserves the distinctive foliage coloration and growth habit of the parent plant. Place cuttings in water, sphagnum moss, or a well-draining substrate until roots develop, then pot into a suitable growing mix.
