Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday before 1 PM EST

West Coast Orders:

  • Ship Monday–Wednesday before 1 PM EST

  • Sent via 2-Day Express to maintain product integrity


Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the frozen product to the lower 48 United States only and live product to all 50 states

  • We do not ship to:

    • P.O. Boxes


Perishable Shipments (Important)

Many of our products are temperature-sensitive.

We take extensive precautions including:

  • Insulated packaging

  • Cold packs / dry ice (when required)

To ensure best results:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order

  • Retrieve packages promptly upon delivery


Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking

  • Tracking becomes active within 24 hours


Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with your delivery:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Brief description (photos help speed resolution)

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
