Shipping & Returns
We ship the whole of the US order via FedEx. We ship Monday through Friday and packages are delivered 7 days a week. So your order will likely go out the day it is received or the following day, unless the package is due to arrive on Sunday, then we will wait one extra day. Also, business are only shipped to arrive Monday through Friday.
Once your package ships you will get an emailed tracking number from FedEx or UPS, allowing you to track it to your door. We always ship “no signature required” so you will not have to be present for delivery. This is to ensure the package is not delayed an additional day and will arrive frozen.
We always ship FedEx ground, UPS ground or 3 day select. We simply use more dry ice for the 4 and 5 day trips to the West Coast. This is far more economical than shipping overnight. We do not offer overnight shipping. This is the most economical way to keep your shipping cost down. We offer Flat Rate shipping of $29 per box and $55 per box for West Coast States. If your order exceeds $59, you receive Free S&H.
Generally you can add a few extra bags to your order without the shipping cost going up. Once your order is too big for one box, it will immediately overflow into a second box.

We are pleased to offer a variety of options for your payment convenience. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through our online shopping cart. If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, just give us a call at 706-348-7634 and place your order by phone. We do not accept C.O.D. and all orders must be paid for in advance.
