Shipping & Returns
We ship the lower 48 of the US via FedEx. We ship Monday through Friday and "Home" packages are delivered 7 days a week. *(see below for Ground & Express) So your order will likely go out the day it is received or the following day. * (Business & Ground are only shipped to arrive Monday through Friday)
Once your package ships you will get an emailed tracking number from FedEx or UPS, allowing you to track it to your door. We always ship “no signature required” so you will not have to be present for delivery. This is to ensure the package is not delayed an additional day and will arrive frozen.
Orders $69 & up are always "Free Shipping." Orders below $69 is a flat rate of $29. We always ship FedEx Home, Ground & Express.

We are pleased to offer a variety of options for your payment convenience. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & PayPal through our online shopping cart.
