Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday prior to 1 PM EST (exemption- West Coast: Shipped Monday-Wednesday prior to 1 PM EST 2 Day Express)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the lower 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

MiceDirect will replace products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at sales@micedirect.com or text us at 706-892-4136.
