Shipping & Returns

  • We ship all US order via FedEx.  East or Central US customers can expect us to ship out on the following Monday or Tuesday following their order. West Coast orders ship on Monday only because of the 4 to 5 day delivery time of FedEx. We cannot allow the package to ship over the weekend in order to insure it arrives frozen. 

  • Once your package ships you will get an emailed tracking number from FedEx, allowing you to track it to your door.  We always ship “no signature required” so you will not have to be present for delivery.  This is to ensure the package is not delayed an additional day and will arrive frozen. 

  • We always ship FedEx ground and simply use more dry ice for the 4 and 5 day trips to the West Coast.  This is much cheaper than shipping overnight or even 2 day as the extra dry ice is more cost effective than speeding faster delivery.  This is the most economical way to keep your shipping cost down.  We offer Flat Rate shipping of $35 per box and $55 per box for West Coast States. 

  • Generally you can add a few extra bags to your order without the shipping cost going up.  Once  your order is too big for one box, it will immediately overflow into a second box. This will double the shipping costs. To maximize your shipping costs, fill your boxes as full as possible without overflowing into additional boxes.

  • We appreciate your business and thank you for letting us take care of your frozen feeder needs.

  • When your order arrives, please check it right away and call us at 1-888-747-0736 if there are any problems at all with the quality of our products and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. Requests for reimbursement and replacement must be made within 24 hours.

We are pleased to offer a variety of options for your payment convenience. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through our online shopping cart. If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, just give us a call at 1-888-747-0736 and place your order by phone. We do not accept C.O.D. and all orders must be paid for in advance.
